Redefining Balance started as a collaboration to blend Slacklining & AcroYoga into a practice that embodied trust, connection and balance in new shapes and forms through experiences outdoors in nature. The mission was to introduce students to new ways of thinking with regards to balance not only on a line or another person’s feet but to also tune in to our balance as a whole with each each other and the environment in which we live offering insight and incentive to preserve our natural outdoor playgrounds.
The Redefining Balance retreats quickly evolved to also include rock climbing, surfing, Thai Massage & meditation featuring different activities i several locations throughout the world. As founder Adi carter quickly realized success in her retreats, as website was needed to visually express the nature of her exceptional retreats. Redefiningbalance.com was created with a clean but vibrant aesthetics in mind using tons of giant imagery to keep the eyes glued to the screen.
